Group Conditions

Conditions on Group Rates:

• Group rates apply for Coach groups only 
• Payment for entry ticket to be included in tour price
• Booking confirmation signed and forwarded to the Illawarra Fly
• Where catering is required, numbers confirmed 48 hours prior*
• Other bookings must be confirmed 24 hours prior
• Payment/Voucher/Purchase Order Form to be presented prior to or on arrival
• Bookings subject to approval from Illawarra Fly

Please allow on your itinerary at least 1 hour for the Illawarra Fly experience.

Group discount will only be considered if the group is of 10 paying Adults or more.

One tour leader or bus driver will be given FREE entry to the walk.

A booking cannot be considered as being made until the Group Booking Application Form is completed and receipt of same is acknowledged by Illawarra Fly staff. Illawarra Fly does not accept 'verbal' group booking arrangements.

Payment for a 'group' must be paid in one transaction only. Please refer to the Group Booking Application form for accepted payment methods.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is required prior to entry to the walk.

*Seven days notice needs to be given if catering is required. Confirmation of group bookings (including number of persons) where catering is part of that booking must occur within 48 hours of arrival on site.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice to the Illawarra Fly, full costs will be charged to the booking agent/organisation.
